Pros and Cons of investing in Midwest
What are the pros and cons of investing in midwest markets? I was trying to find if there were any previous posts but couldn't find anything. This might be a good place to share your list of pros and cons.
Last few years since most of the 'appreciation markets' have had a great run up, I see lot of investors flocking to midwest places like Indy and KC for cashflow.
I have also heard the home prices dont change much there. So they neither go up or down in general? How has the trends been last few decades?
Please share your insights and experiences about investing in midwest.

There's no one trend that covers the whole of the Midwest, any more than there is a trend that unites Maine, Georgia and California.
Generally speaking, many midwest markets do not expect to see great appreciation. So yes, properties have to sell for lower prices to allow profit through cash flow. But there are always regional, local and pocket exceptions to that.
Respectfully, I think you're going to have to hone your question in order to get a useful response.
