Just thought this might be interesting for everyone to see how we all got started..I started out by moving from one industry sector to another.

What this app does is partner with your local library and allows you to electronically check out eBooks and read them at your leisure.

Once the stimulus money stops, people will run out of options, but jobs for certain sectors will be limited, as many small businesses will fold.

@Greg Scott, No doubt the trouble in the retail sector will have an impact.

About 30% of all renters are not paying their rents timely, and the commercial sectors are even worse.

No rain = no problem for other jobs sectors like tech, government, and hospitality.

Bay Area is a highly cyclical momentum driven market just like the tech sector.

(BTW, "wholesaling" a term copied from the personal property business sector, but whatever):)
