Hey Everyone!

I've been thinking about this question alot since it was mentioned on a recent BP podcast; Is the Bay Area a linear or cyclical market? both certain areas gravitate one way or the other?

Any thoughts or input would be greatly appreciated!

Depends on your timeframe. To me it's linear. Just look at the first chart in this report. Over the last 30 years, straight as a rocket (with cyclical corrections of course.)
