Good Day BP Community,

Once you get a property under contract what is the maximum assignment fee I can impose to assign my contract to a buyer while being ethical in the Los Angeles CA area?

Thank you for the help.

Ethics has nothing to do with the assignment fee you charge. Whether you make $1 or $40,000, the only number that should matter to your end buyer is the number he/she is buying at. If that number works for them, it's irrelevant what you make on the deal. If your buyer balks at your assignment fee, I'd recommend find more professional investors that understand how the game works. That's like you selling them the property at x as long as they promise not to make more than y in profit.
