The deadline came and went and still no letter, they then claimed that they were working with the Deputy Director of Public works to resolve the issue (I'm not sure what they would do that would supersede a decision by the zoning board).

Then I asked my kid to turn the snake over , I tell him its only a female .  

I I plan to retire in the next 10-15 years and although I have a wonderful pension plan from the Directors Guild of America, I'd like to have a bigger cushion.

Utilize the 401k, perhaps unsecured loans from a credit union to help you get going.And yes, find a smoking hot female real estate investor.
