Hello BP!

I'm looking for an established meetup group which can talk about real-estate investing in the Seattle area or even online. I do find online one is much harder to network and build relationship. I did some search in meetup app but I'm not seeing any. If you have any recommendation, I'd appreciate it!  If there's really none, im more than happy to start one, so if you are local and interested, please let me know too!

Hi Charleton! There's quite a few out here. The one that @Carlos Valencia & a few others host is great. I host one of my own around House Hacking + Short Term Rentals. Our next meetup will be in South Lake Union on Thursday 1/26; we'll have a presentation around working with contractors. If you're around, feel free to swing by!
