So when a landlord (whom you want to glean information from) tells you how they're going to be painting their new property, etc. jump at the opportunity and ask if you can assist them in exchange for getting to talk about real estate all day. :-)

Many great investors in that area doing good things and many conferences and seminars in the area constantly to glean plenty of information from.

I am here to learn and glean as much wisdom as possible before starting with my goal of making my first real estate purchase in 2017.  

You can glean a lot of good information from the podcsts, however it seems most, if not all, are related to the US market.

I'm eager to learn and glean from everyone's knowledge on here.  

Often times you'll glean much more from them than what you thought you wanted to learn from them.IMO though it's probably more important to get a mentor who can teach you about how to wholesale than to have a ready buyer's list.
