Capable Student Seeks to Trade Time & Labor For Wisdom

Are you a real estate investor who's passionate about what they do? Do you find yourself constantly thinking and talking about the topic of REI, and wishing you could find some eager, competent, young mind on which to impart your stories and wisdom? Are you tired of paying people to work for you, and dream of a loyal, reliable, personal assistant and hardworking FREE laborer who would refloor, repaint, remodel, and generally help you manage your properties, as well as run your errands and make your life simpler, all for only the opportunity to glean your wisdom and get his hands dirty in the field? Does the idea of Batman and Robin appeal to you?

I’m Vincent, a UNLV undergraduate majoring in Real Estate. I’m personable, amiable, quick-witted, and well spoken. I learn quickly and am surprisingly strong for my stature. I am more than willing to lug paint, two by fours, tile, and carpet, into and out of property and vehicles. I have moderate experience with remodeling my father’s own home and office, and am competent with the majority of tools. My father’s a surgeon, and I’ve inherited his steady hand, so painting jobs are a cinch. I graduated from high school with high honors, value self-education, and only need to be shown a task once to get the hang of it. Any job that needs to be done, I’ll find a way to do it, and do it right. In this day and age, there’s no task that doesn’t have a video tutorial on the internet or a book written about it. If it can be mastered, I will master it.

In addition, I clean up well, have a brain, have social skills, and generally make those in my company look good. You can take me anywhere, and I’ll be happy to tag along for whatever job you need done. Want someone to check out investment opportunities with, who won't compete with you? I'm there. As well, I don’t do drugs, and will gladly submit to any drug test, anytime, anywhere.

All I ask in return is that you share with me how and why you do what you do, answer my questions when they arise, and treat me with the same respect and kindness that I will give to you and whoever you introduce me to. After college, I plan on moving back to my hometown of Milwaukee to begin my investing career, and would like to make the best use of my time here, while providing value to a real estate investor whom I can admire and emulate.
