Doing that has worked very well for me.As a side note, I send out postcards to potential motivated sellers that has both my web site and my phone number on it.

You may want to consider hang tags or those plastic bags that you can hang on a door knob to put your flyer in.If you are mailing, then post cards will be cheaper to mail than flyers.Also, some of the local ad-style newspapers offer inserts that they will deliver with their paper.

Ok so I've read some articles that helped me narrow it down to direct mailing to Pre-Foreclosures, which brings up another question: When direct mailing to people in that situation, do you guys find it better to send a letter rather then a post card?
