For those of you who ignore it, it will disappear for you in 30 days.

We are both relatively successful in our respective careers and are really starting to consider what the best way to manage our resources is.Seeing how much money disappears each month in rent each month, we have started looking for our first home, believeing that it would be better to start to accrue equity then indefinitely continue to pay our landlord's mortgage.we have modest needs and do not want to allocate all of our budget into our own housing expenses so we have primarily been looking at small multifamily homes where we could live in one unit and collect rent on the others. 

If the didn't borrow it, and have now seen it disappear, then they had a paper gain and loss, just like the guy who watches his stocks go up and come back down.

I'm one of the old members who disappeared for a while, but I'm loving all of the changes that I see.

The oppertunity has presented...This site, BP, appeals to us from what I see in the threads....honest, experience, light and sometimes a little abrupt, (good balance).

Whenever I questioned a figure or ask for clarification, that gentleman who had the EA designation seemed irritated or abrupt answering my questions.

That's an awfully thin margin and can disappear real quick with 1 or 2 mistakes a long the way.

And if that is paid-in equity, it might disappear if prices fall.

Also talk to them about having a deed in lieu as part of the closing package to protect you if the vendee just disappears.
