Annoying Colleague Request Popup Has Been Removed

I'm sure many of you have seen the popup shown in the image below as you've navigated BiggerPockets over the past few months.

We just launched a permanent fix that will get rid of it forever; if you log out of your account and then log back in it will not re-appear ever again. For those of you who ignore it, it will disappear for you in 30 days.



I was informed over the weekend that the orange message was not working correctly, as even if members clicked the remove X button, the message would re-emerge the next time the user logged in to the site or at other random times.

First, I want to apologize. Had I known that this was happening, we would have fixed it long ago.

That said, if ever there is something on the site that seems wrong or doesn't appear to work correctly, please let us know. Unless our members are keeping us apprised of an anomaly that they see, we may not know about them.

Thanks for the understanding, and my apologies for not correcting this nuisance sooner.

Thanks Josh. I thought about making a post for this a week or two ago, but it was really only a nuisance on my phone.
