The ability to bounce ideas and strategies off the QI is critical.  

Before you make a decision on what to buy, bounce it off your well thought out GOAL and WHY (which you don't have yet).  

So I guess I will post on here in hopes to find a smarter people than myself to bounce ideas off of. 

This is an idea I've had for a while that I'd like to bounce off the northern Minnesota Duluth, MN / Superior, WI investors!

All platforms that provide for electronic payments of rent (ACH/eCheck) are going to have this same issue, it's no different then taking a personal check that bounces.

Chart out all the worst case scenarios and see how your contract can protect you in those scenarios .I know talking to Attorneys is not the most pleasant thing when you are paying 400 $/hr , but if the project is large scale or if you intend to do this on a regular basis , get the contract drafted by an attorney well versed in litigation/arbitration/mediation .I have been doing this exercise since the past 15 days  so if any one is in this phase of hiring a contractor , we could definitely bounce some ideas off

I sometimes feel that this is why some appraisers might become FHA-approved appraisers,  but this isn't always true and to be sure there are plenty of competent FHA appraisers out there (we just can't cherry pick them these days, bouncing them AFTER a bad appraisal is all we can do).FHA should be "Plan B," not "Plan A."
