South Florida REI Mastermind Groups

Hi Guys, 

Does anyone know of any Good REI Groups in South Florida where I can go to bounce ideas and help each other overcome challenges?

I'm a South Florida RE agent on the process of becoming a full-time investor and I'm looking for a serious mastermind group. 

I apologize for over-emphasizing the "Serious" part but, I've attended my share of Meetups for "REI" that ended up being nothing more than a sales pitch for expensive "education programs", rather than a what they promoted to be.

Just to be clear... I'm not looking for "The Perfect Solution in a Package" or any particular teacher, mentor, trainer, or method to follow. I'm Looking for a group of Like-Minded individuals with their own individual merits and challenges who actively participate in real estate investing and are either meeting or willing to meet to exchange ideas and find new ways to overcome challenges.

If you know of any such groups in the South Florida vicinity I would love to participate. I don't mind driving an hour or two if the meeting is worth it.
