Anyone have experience using a Milwaukee area title company for a 1031 exchange intermediary instead of a 1031 company? If yes, please share your overall experience, fees, etc...

@Chris Semklo, A local title company to you will probably not be doing the 1031 anyway as they do not want to assume related party status to you.  They may have an affiliate nationwide 1031 company that is unique to their underwriter (Fidelity National, Chicago Title etc).  If you're really wanting  a truly local experience you'll need to hire a local attorney.  They will probably do a fine job for you.  But they're economies of scale might not get you the best price.

Like @Alex Olson said the location really doesn't matter as much as the experience and fit with you.
