I just learned there are ceramic tiles and there are subway tile backsplash, that you can just peel off and stick (I think).  does it matter which one I go with?

I know its a waterproof floor, however, ceramic or porcelain tile is more durable for a bathroom remodel and will last longer.

Ceramic requires concrete board under the tile and grout never looks the same again the Vinyl is soooooo inexpensive you can replace a piece as needed.

Maybe $3. vinyl tile or $4 to $6 ceramic tile plus labor.Same with light fixtures. 120k house might have $30 dining room fixture. 300k might have $400 dining room fixture.

The BIG factor is making sure the product has a better scratch resistant FINISH over the wearlayer, preferably aluminum oxide or a ceramic bead and two coats if possible.
