Longest lasting floors for rentals
What’s the best flooring for the money for a B class rental? I want something that will look good and last as long as possible.

We've been using a vinyl plank flooring product made by TrafficMaster for the past year and have had great results with it. We get it a Home Depot for $1.59/sf. and it comes in three (3) different colors, all relatively neutral browns and grays. It comes with underlayment already adhered and cuts nice and pieces aren't damaged out of the box.
