Hey BP,I have been reading and soaking up as much information from BP in the past couple years as possible. 

Just been lurking daily trying to soak in as much information as possible with the time I have between school and work (glazing contractor) and more school as I'm a full time student.

Pick a niche, be a sponge, and soak up the information.2) Consider joining a real estate investment club in your area and network with other investors and real estate professionals (appraisers, title rep, escrow officers, contractors, lenders, realtors, etc) who will be a part of your team and help you streamline your deals and make them go more smoothly.3) Once you have a deal brewing, submit the deal here so the experienced investors can analyze it and help you structure it correctly.Just my 2 cents, Bryan.

I'm in the same boat you're in... totally hooked on BP and learning everything my brain can soak up.

I've listened to the Bigger Pockets podcasts, and I've been reading books to try to get up to speed and soak up as much information as I can about the business.I have long term goals of owning rental properties in different cities across the country, as well as owning some Airbnb vacation properties.
