Can anyone recommend a service/mentor that I can pay reasonable fee to get very specific information to follow step by step instructions on best ways to buy properties?

I am in no way a mentor but If you have any questions I would be more than happy to share my experiences and any advice. I had some people really help me out when i got started and I always hate seeing people pay a ton of money on mentors. Hope i can help. @Alan Wolkov
