Any Wholesalers in Miami, FL?

Hey everyone! Genuinely new to this forum. Just been lurking daily trying to soak in as much information as possible with the time I have between school and work (glazing contractor) and more school as I'm a full time student. Anyways main concern, excuse the lengthy intro. I've read many books and viewed many videos on wholesaling prior to making this account but when asking experienced Real Estate investors (rehabbers/quick flippers) that I know of in this area they all seem to have the same notion that this type of strategy was something "very present before the bubble" and now "hardly seen these days." I seem to read about this strategy here pretty often now but have seen none of investors in my area. Just want to ask are any of you out there? Are there any present wholesalers in Miami or South Florida area? Is our market beneficial for this strategy? Really want to get a head start in this industry as it is my passion but being a college student money isn't of much access which is why this "strategy" really interests me! Again sorry for lengthy post ! Cliffs: Looking for wholesalers in Miami/South Florida who can explain its process in The area and how it may differ elsewhere

Hi, I'm a full time wholesaler in Miami, Broward and Palm Beach... 

Wholesaling is very present today, but I've found there are only a handful of people doing it full time compared to traditional real estate. The strategy has always and will always work. Like Ned says, there is a whole section of information dedicated to the subject here, and Yes, they all apply to Miami, I'm living proof.  I hope that help! Good Luck!
