I think there are some good areas to live, buy, build, etc, but nothing has ever screamed hotspot to me.

First picture screams, "stay here and have a sick time."

I do not like any areas that the purchase price is significantly higher than the replacement cost.That just screams bubble to me. 

@Shane H.I'm glad the situation has been resolved.I do have a problem with you blaming the wholesale account setup and screaming this to all investors, because all caps means screaming.This is what you're saying: from now on, I will never let any mechanic keep my car in his garage, because I just learned that a mechanic can keep my car hostage until I pay him.I will repeat myself: the issue is not the setup.

Hey @Chris Park - no you didn't screw up... a tenant looking at rental options while not having the funds doesn't exactly scream financial responsibility. 

That just screams "headaches."

I looked on AirDNA but have not paid to get details and check Airbnb listings for rates and blocked out dates = nothing is screaming to me that the home would generate more than 2k per month as a conservative guestimate.
