So, I'm about ready to close on a property that I was thinking about using a test for AirBnB in the Indianapolis area.

Does anyone have any advice on dealing with this type of rental vs typical rentals?

I know I'll need a cleaning service and a detailed system as to how I want the unit prepared for the visitor.
