Once you have the deals you can market the deal and the buyers will come out of the wood work from all angles.

I'm a big fan of natural stone.If it's not your personal property and a rental, I would definitely leave it as-is (and not paint the woodwork either).Just my 2cents for what it's worth.

I know once probate starts the investors will start coming out of the woodwork so I want to protect myself against that in the process.Any ideas?

I have a lot of character home that have beautiful wood work and I despise it when people paint over beautiful woodwork.

Walls & Woodwork & Cabinetry - all will need a good vinegar/water wash.  

It has dark stained woodwork throughout.  

And all thses skeptics came out of the wood works along with praisers sayi g pretty much the exact same thing so juat thought it was a dud.

They have the time, energy and resources to make this happen.Been there and done that lollolDecided to never go down that path again.Picture this: It took myself and friend 3 days to paint the ceiling and walls with a flat and the woodwork with oil based.We slept in the house.
