Hello BP! 

My name is Okenna Oparah, I am a new investor based in Hampton, GA. No significant history in real estate. 

I'm currently soaking up information and preparing to buy my first rental property by memorial day 2015. Looking forward to meeting/connecting with like-minded investors. 

During the day I'm a pharmacist at a Atlanta area Hospital.  Been lurking on the site for quite a while and enjoying the podcasts, finally decided to come out of the woodwork and introduce myself.
