Painting woodwork
Our flip house was built in 1930. It has dark stained woodwork throughout. While I love the old woodwork, I think the market we would be selling to; i.e. first time buyers, would rather see the brighter, white woodwork. We plan to paint all woodwork white but sand and stain the dark wood floors. Any comments?
