What I don't get: That girl finds the tenants some apartment, and then has all these "improvement" ideas that make it worthwile to spend, say $1500 on a 2-bedroom basement apartment or so:She paints walls, puts up shelves as if there is no tomorrow, replaces light fixtures, maybe even trim and molding is added, and all that stuff.Now I am thinking, most LLs would probably stuff their tenant down the toilet if they did that.
