What comes out is a glass of red koolaid with no ice, a dry piece of boneless chicken breast, grilled and slightly burnt, with white rice and a Brussel sprouts.

I don't know how far back you go.. there at the airport.. but back in the late 60s early 70s Jonesy was a cool steak house.My dad and I would stop on our way back from clear lake to Cupertino and have a steak sandwich.. he cooked them on the grill then put a hot rock on top of them..

Hi Chokri,It looks like a nice place.Often with the chairs out front come BBQ Grills, I only see one around the corner.The other three must be indoor cookers.Good Luck!

I also provide a outdoor kitchen/grill/fireplace.Many people love to be outside with children as they are cooking outside and this brings in the family or friends closer.

All in Tucson, AZ (primary in Phoenix).All loans are 30-year fixed right now.I called a few banks and get ~3% for investment properties with 2.25% points + $2k fees to refinance the investment properties... not appealing to me to spend $20-25k refinancing everything when our risk profile is that of a grilled cheese sandwich.EDIT: The primary refi @ 2.5% was for $250k with no closing costs which was amazing to me - but also why it's so hard for me to stomach anything close to the 2.25% + 2k fees I'm hearing for investment refi.

When some of these young travelers get through the gatekeeper (my cohost and I), we tend to get varying degrees of annoying stuff like smoking inside the home, and some minor to moderate damage like siding damage due to grill being used too close to the home.   

After grilling them with questions, it is starting to seem like a no brainer.

Thinking maybe pavers to level the area off, and then have a grill / seating area ?
