Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) commercial investment investment.

Purchase price: $230,000
Cash invested: $39,000

Multifamily Quad

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

The numbers checked out and I wanted to jump in and get started in rental investments.

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

I had a real estate agent.

Look great and has some great appeal! What do you anticipate to do to increase revenue on the property? Any updates you're budgeting?
