Hello! My name is Ian! I am 21 years old and I am fairly new to Real Estate. I have been a member of BiggerPockets for a good bit of time now, but I just recently upgraded to a PRO member and decided to really start using BiggerPockets and all of the great resources it has to offer. I have worked in construction doing mainly doors/windows, and all types of woodworking for about 4 years now. Over this past year, I have been working with a part-time Real Estate Investor in Philadelphia, PA. I have been helping him manage his properties as well as renovate and flip properties. I have picked up new skills including framing, painting, some plumbing, some electric, and have done numerous kitchen and bathroom renovations. I am looking to buy my first multi-family property very soon using the BRRRR strategy. I am all in on my journey to attain financial freedom and help out as many people as I can moving forward.
