At least I expect so, judging by the cast of characters sitting around the table with briefcases!

@Natalie Kolodij I didn’t mean to sound like that but I tried to be as concise as possible because the title has a character limit.

The funny thing is, I like old walls like that with character. 

I say that because I have access to just about every different contractor you can think of.Again, I can provide my resume & current references to my FT job to show my character & work ethic.

This one tenant whom was my second ever tenant just happens to be a fledgling "Michael Keaton" deadbeat character from in  the movie "Pacific heights!"

I guess time will tell what their character is like.  

So I had some interesting characters I decided to go with due to other tenants leaving in hard to fill months (November through January I found is where there is less tenant supply by far.)I’ll be brief and share a quick overview of two of them. 1.- I’ll start with Mr. high, month of November hard to fill the room (low season).

Taxes go up, living expenses go up, the corner bodega turns into a Whole Foods that some people can’t afford to shop at, etc. and the whole character of the neighborhood changes as people’s friends sell out and move away. 

The biggest issue/character flaw I will have to overcome, in order to be successful, is moving from analysis to action.

Kinda reminds me of that grant cardon character, though swarmy seems less flamboyant (and consequently less ironic.)It's not just about the cash flow you can get today, it's also about long term security.
