Auction.Com properties and process

I'm interested in feeling out how many folks have tried out the Auction.Com properties and attended the courthouse auctions. There aren't a ton of properties that show up, and I'm currently an out of towner trying to re-establish my Spokane roots.

While I have a property in mind, and I have tickets to go into town and scope this out, I'm trying to adjust my expectations for the auction.

Has anyone attended one and have an opinion to share on the processes? If so, did you show with staggard cashiers checks? Any info on the process there is appreciated.
