Send the required itemized deposit adding in rent/charges etc with a deadline to pay stipulating they will be sent to collections if not, send them.

A contractor gets paid based on the contract payment terms, it is not necessarily once per month, it can be once per week if that is what was stipulated and agreed to.As to supporting the GC, we all believe part of the problem here is the GC.

Manufactured homes are okay as well, with the stipulation of them being 1990 and newer, on their own land and have the ability to be financed in the future (never moved besides original placement).
