Nowadays it is often not only difficult getting a technician new refrigerators can be hard to find (and getting one delivered can take days).As a kindly landlord gesture it would have been nice to drop off a couple of those foam coolers and a couple of bags of ice to tide the tenant over until the frig could be fixed.
