So does the paper come over the top or from the bottom.....the age old question....?

And do you guys put a triangle crease in the end like the fancy hotels?

Over the top.  My rule of thumb is to leave a package with 4 rolls for each bathroom in the house.  I also have this sign in the bathroom.
