I would suggest turning the water off to the toilets because if the flap needs to be replaced or it does not fall properly when someone stops by to check it can run up an enormous bill real quick.So that the house does not get broken into, maybe add a few light or music  timers and a simpisafe type alarm with monitoring. 

I have used CL for YEARS for music gear, motorcycles, and furniture. 

I quit listening to my music on my local radio stations because I hated hearing 2 songs and 4 commercials, lol.

Hey Folks,We've all seen many investors cashing in on infill/development projects as well as landlording on appreciation speculation in Music City.

I found out about this site through listening through the podcast currently im on podcast #53  its been mega helpfull so farI am 23 years old and recently finished my first deal for a small 14 unit apartment complex in Mexican town Detroit.

I then found Mexican Timeshare Solutions on the internet.

We are opening up most of the downstairs where the dinning room, kitchen, family room and music room (at least that's how we are staging it) are all free flowing so the exposed duct work would be more of an architectural feature on the main floor.
