hello guys !

I found out about this site through listening through the podcast currently im on podcast #53  its been mega helpfull so far

I am 23 years old and recently finished my first deal for a small 14 unit apartment complex in Mexican town Detroit. The deal was via landcontract.

My whole family does buy and hold investing and I am interested in learning as much as I can in the field!

One question:

I would like to be able to buy outside of land contracts and I have not yet applied a loan via  a conventional bank. Does anyone know what steps I must take to apply for a loan other than recording leases, rents and making deposits ? Or Any recommendations for an investor friendly bank in the area?
