Hello everybody,I'm new to this forum.I've been reading Brandon's book and learning a lot.However, Seen from a European perspective, things just might not work out.I am born and raised in Belgium, and live in Finland now.CAP rates are extremely low here, and taxes extremely high.What would make it impossible to create cash flow, and makes real estate even a bad investment.Am I being pessimistic?

Dressers, chairs, dining table set, coffee tables, nightstands, bedroom sets, elephant riding seat thingy, ancient looking stone sharpening wheel, large rugs, mostly European looking with a bit of Asian flair on some of the pieces.I'm fairly confident that most of the contents left in the home should be valuable.
