Hello everybody,I'm new to this forum.I've been reading Brandon's book and learning a lot.However, Seen from a European perspective, things just might not work out.I am born and raised in Belgium, and live in Finland now.CAP rates are extremely low here, and taxes extremely high.What would make it impossible to create cash flow, and makes real estate even a bad investment.Am I being pessimistic?

Dressers, chairs, dining table set, coffee tables, nightstands, bedroom sets, elephant riding seat thingy, ancient looking stone sharpening wheel, large rugs, mostly European looking with a bit of Asian flair on some of the pieces.I'm fairly confident that most of the contents left in the home should be valuable.

What I'm trying to work out now is which is the best person to borrow the money from my U.S relative or European friend.

It's not a big brand around, i heard only European/Aussie folks use it.

And then we have the wild card of currency debasement, the European crisis (which ain't going away people) and the fact that recessions cycle about every 6 years.

Forget politics, if there is a recession next year it will be due to a slowing Chinese economy and chaos in the European Union.
