Hello! My name is Stephanie. I invest in the Kitsap County area of Washington state.
I've done some basic RE Investing - a live-in flip, rentals.
Immediate goals are to continue to buy and hold while the market is helping. It has become clear to me that I need to learn to buy properties away from the MLS (my current properties have all been purchased from the MLS - the market is changing, as always, and I want to keep buying. So...some new things to learn. I also have a goal to learn to wholesale properties in order to increase my cash base so I can buy more rentals. Wholesaling looks like a lot of work, and that's ok.
I'm in the process of taking my licensing courses to acquire my RE license. Excited about this.
I have an orange hound dog who is 11 yo - she's my buddy. And I'm a birder.
