Some still look like a manufactured home by the style and that can be a deterrent.

With a lot of open space, people have challenges in actually visualizing how the space works.

When they looked with the camera, the line was still full of water and he couldn't get a good visual and suspected a collapsed/damaged pipe. 

I mean if you tax's are 12k a year on your personal resi and you write off 10 k  but cant write off 2k I don't see that as a major deterrent.  

I have a whole home inspection scheduled that will include visual mold, and radon inspections as well.

I'll set a date (impromptu and never the same date month-to-month) to change the filters & test the systems and I try to insure that "I don't bother them on their day off".I do a visual in addition to the preventive maintenance.
