New Member from NC Living in DC... Living Fulfilled

It was suggested I introduce myself so here it is. A Southern Gal now living in DC since 2008. Busy, energetic, passionate individual who gives so much with no regrets. I joined the community to become an INVESTOR. Current goals is to locate a live-in flip and/or a primary residence below market that I could sell within 1-2 years. My interest are flips and buy and hold properties within the DMV and NC. Studying for Real Estate Licensing for DC--expected completion September 2015.
