This website has been massively helpful in getting my mind right to work towards my first real estate property.Now to my selfish stuff, So I've come to the realization that the safest thing for me to do right now is keep saving until I have a decent down payment and a small reserve to deal with property repairs.

We might not be the one's, but let's not be selfish and because we not gonna change the world let's not talk about how we should change it.

Now, I really don't want to sound dense or maybe selfish?

Those advocating rent control are taking a selfish stance as they have their unit, but at the expense of all future tenants.

I'm not a selfish person.

Selfishly we want Utah so we can use it 1-2x during snowboard season but would not mind driving to the mountain if there was a better all year round rental that was a little distance to a ski resort. 

There's a growing number of people (in politics and the private sector) that believe housing is a right, Landlords are evil, and that it's selfish (and maybe racist) to allow a home to sit empty or rent a home for profit with other less-privileged people can't afford to purchase investment property.

If you have to bug and bother 500 people constantly and continuously just to get one deal, you are selfish, rude inconsiderate (not YOU per se.. more like the generic "you") and this is a good reason everyone hates us investors and this is why we are seen as relentless uncaring sharks.Yeah sure you help ONE person out buying their house, while in the mean time you have totally disrespected 499 other people just to get that one lead.There MUST be a better way no?
