I'll plug my favorite, Continental Title, as they've been my go-to for years.

Additionally, an manufactured home lease entered into while the servicemember is on active duty may be terminated if the servicemember receives military orders for a permanent change of station (PCS) outside the continental United States (this would include a PCS to Hawaii or Alaska) or deployment for a period of 180 days or more.

Continental title seems to have the cheapest fees.

Honolulu, Ewa Beach, Pearl City, Kailua and Kaneohe would be some of the obvious targets but you may want to hit others like Aiea, Waianae, Mililani, Kapolei, etc.

I use Continental Title whenever I can.  

I prefer a SFH in the triangle between Kapolei/Makakilo over to Pearl City, and North to Mililani.
