Investing /Wholesaling in Hawaii

Hello BP , well I just wanted to put this out there . I was wondering about wholesaling properties in the islands and needed a few pointers about the market and if it is possible to flip homes in the islands. Being that the price value of the homes in Hawaii are so high,  are there any deals out there and if yes , is there any private investors out there that want yo connect ?
