Not a great intro, but I am constantly living outside of the continental U.S. and never started to take a real hold on my financial future until about 3 years ago. I am currently living in South Korea, but am really hoping to move to Guam next. Some of you might have guessed by now, and you are right, I am in the military.

I have been researching/drooling over the thought of buying real estate to increase my wealth and secure my financial future. I have read many books and do what I can to search for online information and I came across your site from some Youtube videos I have watched. I actually didn't come to this site for a few years because it didn't stand out to me as having a lot of information. That is until this month. I finally came here and I am blown away by how much information there is! I am excited to be apart of this community but I am honestly intimidated as I have very little to offer at the moment.

My goal is to head to Guam next and start some businesses. My wife and I want to build a Guest house business for tourists that come in and I would like to invest in rental properties. I am currently linking up with realtors in Guam to search for properties and want to learn as much as we can about the area. We took a trip there last year and toured the entire island with locals. We fell in love with the island and have high hopes for the future.

I hope to listen and learn from this community and I hope to have something to offer I grown my understanding and experience in this next chapter of our lives. Thanks in advance for everything and I hope to see you around!
