The end result is amazing. I must say. We did a wonderful job.

Purchase Price: 1.8 (wholesale deal)
Rehab: 500k (could have been done for probably 150k/200k less but owner has exquisite tastes)
ARV: 2.95 (conservative)
4 month Start to Finish Rehab
