I'm looking into adding laundry to a PadSplit home with 3 bedrooms.

We do drop off and pick up laundry, for those who need to be elsewhere.

I own a four-plex that has a contract with Dadson Laundry that carried over from the previous owner.

Regarding the other things, this garage was a room before, so it has electricity and water as well because they had the laundry situated there to so, should be much easier.

The one hang up on sliders is if you're using them for a washer/dryer closet, in which case the sliders are a real PITA to get the laundry from one machine to the other. 

.- bank just recently issued cancellation of debt to wife for 1st mortgage- wife wants to wash hands of it all and sell vacant lot to meMy discussions with the public adjuster I brought on the case was that since the property no longer exists, the solar lien is wiped out, but I'm not sure.    

My renter now wants to be compensated for their inconvenience of having to shower and do their laundry at her moms house for a week or so which is 10 minutes away and in the town that they work!

Take your pick; door count, 1% rule, COC, there is a laundry list of these I have seen over the decades that each held there time in the sun as "the" metric everyone yapped on, obsessed over and singularly utilized as if it actually meant something. 

There were socks and shoes scattered on the floor, the laundry hampers are full of dirty clothes.

She leaves her junk all over the parking lot and the exterior stairwell to the utility, storage, and laundry rooms.
