Sliding closet doors vs. bifold doors

In your long-term rentals, which do you prefer and why?  What are the pro and cons of each?  Which is more durable?

I'm building a closet, and trying to decide which kind of doors to use.  I don't think the room entry door's position/inswing will impede either kind of closet door.

Thanks in advance for your input.

Mirror closet doors that slide.

They make the bedroom look larger when showing the unit to potential renters.

Also they make the room brighter during the showing by reflecting the light from the window back into the room.

Also they do not need space inside the room when the renter has furniture in there because they slide in their own vector.

Downside equals Expense and they can be stolen easily.

Downside equals some people think they are very dated from the 1970s.

Interiors, I prefer wire shelves with a white coating on them instead of a wooden shelf.

Because when the renter leaves and the unit is turned that shelter is done out to be cleaned or painted and the cleaners can see immediately if there is something in that shelf that needs to be tossed.

Good Luck!
