Dadson Laundry Contract
I own a four-plex that has a contract with Dadson Laundry that carried over from the previous owner. The contract was supposed to expire back on April 30, 2024, but they still haven't removed their machines despite the fact that I sent the termination notice a year ago by certified mail, which they also acknowledged receipt of in an email.
They're still trying to keep their machines at my four-plex saying that it's now month to month then saying that the previous owner suspended services so that time doesn't count, but won't provide any dates.
I'm guessing the reason they get away with this is because they know how expensive it is to hire a lawyer to get rid of them. So does anyone have any advice on how to deal with them without having to spend thousands on legal fees? Or if anyone else is in a similar situation, do you want to join me on a joint lawsuit so we can at least split the legal fees?
