Get a judgement that will show on most record searches and then turn it over to a collections agency and they can do more.  

@Champ Leong the mortgage company doesn't run eviction searches as part of their screening, but they do run credit and judgement searches.

With a judgement in hand, they say they will take note.

@Henry Peñate If you are renting to high credit score tenants, 700+ , you can usually count of those people to act to protect their credit score; they know how expensive bad credit is so they are way less likely to decide not to pay rent and let you evict and get a judgement.

Even if they move out, you should seek a judgement for the losses. 

You would probably need to go to small claims court, get a judgement, and then see if you can file the judgement against AirBnB to collect money from the host....if they have other properties listed or outstanding funds with AirBnb.
