Tenant reporting after move out

Hey, Im a new investor in Columbus, ohio and my first property purchased I inherited tenants that the previous landlord promised to evict and address but never did. I did eventually get them out but they left the place in shambles. I know I dont have much recourse but what agency do I report this too so the when the next landlord pulls their file its attached. There has to be some accountability or do I just let it go?

@Shanise Kimbrough Sorry to hear that! You can go after them for tenant damages. You want to report their debt to a credit agency. I personally like FABCO.
