I was going to say any title company will have an attorney who can handle this for you as part of the transaction, but I see your attorney is affiliated with the title co. 

Business credit is coming later this year.The classes are available on on-line, 24 x 7.Some locations have a community similar to a REIA with long-timers, newbies, lenders, contractors, lawyers, CPAs, etc. ... everything you'd find at a REIA, only they all have the same REI education you have so you all speak the same language at the same level.Some of the communities now offer weekly study groups to help you understand what you're learning.Renatus just partnered with Greg Clements to develop their private version of Realeflow at a monthly rate well below what Greg and others charge for the same level of service, plus Renatus-specific additions and enhancements.Renatus is developing a whole new on-line experience for students and affiliates due out early next year.Purely my opinions...

EFHPs--personally, I would avoid collecting funds thru the Strip account affiliate to KeyCheck, the tenant screener function to FF, screening thru KeyCheck no different than Trans Union as I see it.

They typically have meetings in the East Bay and the Peninsula once per month (Friday and Saturday respectively,) where they invite "affiliate" turnkey providers from different markets to present to RWN members.
